Some of my emails have a "Bounced" status. What does this mean?

On occasion, an email provider will block emails. Any emails labeled with the "Bounced" status, the Student will still receive credit for. In order to ensure that your customer does not miss the opportunity to order, we recommend using the "Quick Fix" link in your address book, to email your unique link to the family or friend.
