The website is not responding or will not allow me to proceed past the page I am on.

While placing an online order:

• If the webpage is not responding while you are attempting to place an order, please be sure to check the screen and make sure no sections are highlighted in red with a message. This would mean that information that was entered onto the page is not in the correct format or cannot be verified by the system. 

Those errors must be corrected before the site will allow you to proceed to the next page while ordering.

• If you are at the final "Place Order" screen, attempting to submit your order and it will not proceed to the next page, most likely the ordering page has timed out. A "time out" generally only happens if your window was left inactive for 2 or more hours. So, if you were to begin the ordering process and then step away from your computer and return to complete the transaction later in the day. 

When a time out happens, the only way to correct the problem and submit your order successfully is to refresh the page and begin the order process again from the beginning.

While registering or browsing the site:

• If the webpage is not responding while you are proceeding through the registration pages or during normal site use when transitioning from page to page, the problem is most likely related to the browser window. The most compatible browsers with our website are:
