While placing an online order:
- If the webpage is not responding while you are attempting to place an order, please be sure to check the screen and make sure no sections are highlighted in red with a message. When a time out happens, the only way to correct the problem and submit your order successfully is to refresh the page and begin the order process again from the beginning.
